Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Design Consultant based in Mumbai. The Design Consultant will be responsible for providing design expertise on residential, commercial and multi-use buildings and prepare technical tender document, engage in technical evaluation with major MNC elevator OEMs. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with clients to understand their design requirements, developing design concepts, selecting appropriate design for vertical transportation in line with National Building Code and applicable standards for elevators and escalators Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in design software is a plus Bachelor's degree in Electrical,Mechanical, or related field is preferred knowledge of excel, power point presentation Experience: 0 to 3 years

The Design Consultant will be responsible for providing solution to real estate developers for vertical transportation that includes use of software for lift analysis, preparing reports, technical tender document, reviewing technical drawings, bid evaluation, negotiations. Compliance of design to applicable codes and standards.The role requires close collaboration with clients/ architects to understand their needs and preferences, and to ensure the delivery of high-quality design solutions.
