What You'll Do:

• Design Leadership: Lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring unique and impactful solutions for commercial interiors.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their brand, vision, and functional requirements.
• Technical Proficiency: Develop detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using industry-standard software.
• Material & Finishes Expertise: Select and specify high-quality materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting to enhance design aesthetics and functionality.
• Project Oversight: Ensure designs are practical, cost-effective, and align with project goals and timelines.
• Trend Savvy: Stay ahead of the curve with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies in commercial interiors.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in designing commercial projects (offices, retail, hospitality, etc.).
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit).
• A compelling portfolio showcasing your creative commercial design work.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
