Derivatives Trader

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Derivative Trader to join our growing trading team
As a fresher, you will be trained to handle trading in derivative markets (options, futures, etc), analyze market trends, and assist in the execution of trades Key Responsibilities: Trade Execution Support: executing trades for derivatives on various exchanges and trading platforms Market Monitoring: Keep track of financial markets, news, and other factors that can affect derivative pricing and market movements Risk Management Assistance: Help the team in managing risk by monitoring positions and ensuring compliance with risk management guidelines Reporting Documentation: Maintain accurate records of trades, positions, and market activity Help generate daily and weekly performance reports Collaboration: Work closely with experienced traders and analysts, learning best practices, and contributing ideas to enhance team performance Administrative Support: Assist in general administrative tasks related to trading, such as managing trade confirmations and reconciling trading data Requirements Education: Bachelor s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field Strong interest in financial markets and trading Good numerical and analytical skills, with an understanding of basic financial concepts Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of programming (Python, etc) is a plus Willingness to learn and take on challenges Strong communication and teamwork skills
