Job Description

Role Accountability

1.Support in design and implementation of organizational rewards philosophy
2.Manage Job evalaution process3.Responsible for Manpower planning & budgeting4.Manage Org Structure & design5.Design and ensure flawless implementation of increment framework- merit increase/promotion increase/salary correction etc6.Manage end to end implementation of LTI & STI framework7.Manage all HR documentation pertaining to board/NRC resolutions8.Support in design, renewal and communication of HR policies8.Liaison with HR consultants to gather market information around rewards linked practices10.Implement salary benchmark surveys and design role/hiring ranges11.Manage C&B operations, including VIC payouts, Compensation provisioning etc.13.Manage timely onboarding, renewal and billing of all compensation vendors14.Ensure and direct the department in resolving salary and other reimbursement related queries / concerns of employees on an ongoing basis

Measures of Success(Define the Outcomes expected of the role)

1.Timely & accurate implementation of Increments
2.Timely & accurate implementation of LTI/STI programs3.Timely & accurate implementation of compensation related HR Policies4.Timely launch of salary benchmarking surveys5.Initiatives undertaken to enhance the quality of compensation programs6.Timely finalisation of pay ranges7.Timely & accurate documentation of board/NRC resolutions8.Planned vs actual headcount numbers and cost9.Timely and accurate MIS/business reporting10.Process adherence as per SOP11.Implement errorfree manpower planning12.Timely creation of Organization Structures

Technical Skills / Experience / Certification (If any)

1.Strong working knowledge of HR policies, processes & industry practices
2.Ability to objectively analyze current practices, identify improvement opportunities, create buy in and drive implementation3.Knowledge of the legal and regulatory environment as it relates to employee compensation and benefits, including emerging legislation4.Understanding of Job Evaluation methodology(prefered)
