Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy Registrar at IMS Unison University, Dehradun. The Deputy Registrar will be responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of the university, maintaining records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and facilitating communication between departments. The role also involves coordinating across interdepartmental processes, handling student inquiries, and participating in the development and implementation of university policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate/ Post Graduate in a relevant discipline
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the relevant role.
• Administrative and Organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Experience in record-keeping, compliance, and regulation management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in coordinating across all administrative departments for smooth operations.
• Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Experience in a higher education setting is beneficial
