Company Overview:
We are a reputed infrastructure company engaged in the execution of large-scale road and bridge projects including flyovers, grade separators, vehicular underpasses (VUPs), and service roads. We are looking for a highly experienced and result-oriented Deputy Project Manager (DPM) with extensive expertise in PSC (Pre-Stressed Concrete) Girder Structures to support overall project execution and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, execution, and monitoring of bridge/structure works.
• Supervise the casting, stressing, launching, and erection of PSC girders as per approved drawings and standards.
• Ensure compliance with MoRTH, IRC, IS codes and client specifications in all structure-related works.
• Coordinate with consultants, client representatives, and subcontractors for timely approvals and problem resolution.
• Monitor construction schedules, resource deployment, and progress of structural works.
• Ensure quality control and safety at site, especially during PSC girder activities.
• Guide site engineers, material engineers, and supervisors in technical execution.
• Prepare and review daily/weekly progress reports, method statements, and checklists.
• Assist in billing, measurement verification, and project documentation.
• Handle stakeholder communication and represent the project in review meetings when required.

Requirements:

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.Tech in Structures preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in highway/bridge projects with extensive exposure to PSC girder construction (casting, stressing, launching, erection).
• Proven track record of working on flyovers, grade separators, and VUPs.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in project planning, quality assurance, and site coordination.
• Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
