Role & responsibilities Well Conversant with Oil and Gas Industrial designing Experience in FEED, PEB, Precast and Prestressed buildings Experience as PMC engineer. Efficient and Economical (Cost effective) Design of STEEL &RCC Structures together with site exposure Well Familiar with Practicing Codes: ACI &AISC, BS, EURO, IS Knowledge of AutoCAD, Microstation, SPR, STAAD PRO, SAP, SAFE Good Knowledge & command over Microsoft Excel, Access and MATHCAD Reviewing of ITB documents, estimating and preparing Bill of Quantities of all material and earthwork during Proposal (Pre-bid) Engineering for Tendering Preparation of Design Basis Report including and developing Standard Drawings Good at Interdiscipline & Vendors coordination Developing Schematic drawings for model generation & Model reviewing and Clash checking using Smart Plant 3D & Navis Works Experience in Plant Underground Drainage design (ISBL, AOC, ODS and Strom water systems) Experienced in Combined foundations, Raft foundations, Pile foundation, Tank and Dynamic foundations Detailing of Steel Structures (connections and other fabrication requirements) Coordination and Checking of structural and fabrication drawings as per design Analysis and Design of Pipe racks, Shelters. Liquid retaining structures and Underground facilities. Reviewing steel support and associated foundations, site development, etc. Preparation of tender documents including scope of work of contractors Preparation of technical specifications for lump sum turnkey (LSTK) projects Evaluating geotechnical investigation report Monitoring and reporting Project progress to management Capable of leading design team individually with good interpersonal skill Knowledge of ISO 9001 (Quality), OHSAS 18001 (Health and Safety) and ISO 14001 (Environment) Standards
