Overall Coordination with all concerned departments/other agencies to ensure completion of project within stipulated time and cost.
Manage project resources, including the budget, co-ordinate work on legal agreements/contracts, commercial transactions. Execution of work as per the contract requirements without any deviation and extra cost.
Handling of entire project for Engineering, Procurement & Construction as per the contract requirements.
Detail engineering coordination and interface management.
Determine technical specification and prepare plans for execution.
Conducting monthly project review meetings for evaluating project progress with EPCC key staff and discuss resolution for the constraints.
Involvement in project related techno commercial discussion. Review of EPCC payment application and invoices.
Liaison with Client/Consultant to obtain all technical sanctions, approval of drawings, Equipment datasheets & other specifications for smooth execution of projects.
Develop, maintain & enforce a project site logistics plan and temporary facilities plan.
Preparing SOPs, manuals and work instructions for the team and maintaining MIS / reports for facilitating decision making by the management.
Progress monitoring of weekly progress histogram s-curves. Responsible of collating and issuing monthly report & project schedule ensuring that the critical path elements are targeted. Continually interrogate the schedule slippage & resolutions for issues.
Anchor on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within time & cost parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize the output. Commissioning & handing over of the Project.
Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring, and Reporting.
Well acquainted with Tools & Techniques of time control and cost control.
Hands on experience of software like Primavera, MS Projects etc.
Sound knowledge about Tendering & Contracting.
Project risk matrix monitoring and mitigation.
Fund Forecast for the project activities.
Resource Planning for the project activities.
Delay analysis and root cause analysis and plan to mitigate delay.
Responsible for Construction/Erection Planning for the project.
Responsible for Statutory approvals for the project.
Responsible for all the Safety Requirements for the project.
