Training Faculty – Transmission Line Academy Qualification and Experience: The candidate should be B.E or B.Tech (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil) from a reputed institute/University and should have a minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in transmission line survey, foundation, erection and line stringing using TSE machines. Should be familiar with all the tools and machineries related to transmission line works. Should have a strong flair to work in our training Academy to provide classroom training, hands-on training, and practical sessions for linemen, supervisors and engineers involved in transmission line related work. Should have ability to evaluate trainees upon completion of training courses for certification. Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of Tamil and Hindi is preferred for effective regional training delivery. Should have proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word for developing training materials as required. Roles and Responsibilities: Deliver classroom training, hands-on exercises, and practical training to trainees as per the training modules on transmission line construction.
