Job Description

Position: Taxation

Location: Kanjurmarg, Mumbai

Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

Industry Preference:

Direct & Indirect Taxation

Responsibilities

Ensure end-to-end compliance with Direct & Indirect Taxes including Income Tax, GST, TDS & Transfer Pricing.
Manage tax audits, assessments, litigations, and appeals with statutory authorities.
Oversee timely filing of tax returns, reconciliations, and statutory payments.
Advise management on tax planning strategies, implications of contracts, and regulatory changes.
Review and ensure accuracy of tax provisions, financial statement disclosures, and reporting.
Liaise with external auditors, consultants, and tax advisors to mitigate risks and optimize tax efficiency.
Drive automation, process improvements, and compliance monitoring in taxation function.
