Deputy Manager/Manager – Rooftop Solar Kit (Karnataka Region) Location: Bangalore Experience: 6 – 8 Years Objective Description: To support the business expansion of the rooftop solar Kit in Karnataka by assisting in dealer appointment, lead conversion, and customer engagement in line with the scheme’s objectives. Key Responsibilities: Build and manage a network of dealers and solar installers across Karnataka. Educate partners and end-users about the benefits, process, and subsidy support available under the PM Surya Ghar scheme. Assist customers and partners in filling out documentation, coordinating with DISCOMs, and tracking application status. Conduct field visits, market activations, and awareness drives in semi-urban and urban regions. Liaise with logistics and support teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of kits. Report daily sales activities and generate weekly progress updates for the Hyderabad office. Provide after-sales support and collect customer feedback for service improvement. Candidate Requirements: Graduate in any stream (preferably in Science/Engineering or Business). 4 -6 years of experience in field sales, preferably in solar kits, rooftop systems, or consumer electronics. Should be fluent in Kannada and familiar with local geography and markets. Proficient in MS Office, email communications, and using CRM tools or lead tracking apps.
