Job Description Some key roles include : To act as SAP data analyzer and Site wise Monthly Report circulation. Calculating the posting delays, Technical closure status and wrong reason code selection of order. Daily activity on SAP PR creation, release & tracking (PRs), Material code creation & tracking, Budget transfer & tracking, PO release status tracking & Material code change. To systemize the Preventive Maint. & retrofitting operations Consolidate the breakdown data site wise from state RPC3 to calculate MTBI, MTBF. To develop a macro enabled sheet to calculate availability, failure rates, MTBI to check SCADA Availability. To prepare the initial technical drafts & proposals for critical business requirements MIS Co-Ordinator & key inputs consolidation for business PPTs
