Loans & Insurance bundled/Non-Bundled through Lead fulfilment & Field Activity on existing Data Base Manage, control & own all channels businesses. ο Recruit, retain, manage & build a productive team of Off Roll employees ο Maintain delinquency on the portfolio, in line with the Product Segment. ο Take Care of customer Escalations and Complaint ο Monitor & measure key conversion, productivity & data penetration metrics ο Learning and Understanding of CRM & lending system - Salesforce.com & Finnone is must. ο Effectively engage with Credit, Operations & Risk teams. ο Hygiene Management - This form the crucial part of car refinance business - effective monitoring and PDD Collection. ο Tracking cases at every stage to have better control. Required Qualifications And Experience ο Graduates with relevant experience of 2-3 prior work experience of Direct or Channel sales in loans. Experience in Insurance will be an added advantage ο Ensure to update status within 24 hrs of lead received. ο Ability to Recruit FOS through different channels. ο Maintain a pickup percentage as per the metric. ο Maintain FOS productivity as the metric. ο Excellent Team Handling and problem resolving ability. ο Good hands on experience and knowhow for working on Data Management and MS Office. ο A good team leader to handle the team and achieve the set target. ο Exceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a self-starter.
