Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager – Loans to lead and drive sales performance across our assigned branches/markets. The role involves managing a sales team, achieving disbursal targets, ensuring compliance, and building strong customer and partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and achieve monthly/quarterly loan disbursal targets.
• Manage and motivate a team of Relationship Managers and Sales Executives.
• Develop and maintain strong channel partner (DSA/Connector) network.
• Ensure quality sourcing of customers with proper documentation & compliance.
• Monitor portfolio quality and minimize delinquency levels.
• Regularly track and report sales performance to senior management.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA/Finance/Marketing preferred).
• 4–8 years of experience in Loan Sales/Banking/NBFC with at least 1–2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of loan products (secured & unsecured).
• Proven leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Full-time, On-site role (branch/market-based).
• 6 days working (as per company policy).

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
