Role Overview: You will be a part of Hitachi Digital, a company leading in digital transformation and a crucial player in the global digital transformation market. As a part of the APAC Total Rewards team based in India, you will be supporting the Content business for GlobalLogic in the Gurgaon/Noida office. Your role will involve facilitating alignment between global and local TR programs, supporting regional Total Rewards projects, managing compensation and benefits programs, and ensuring compliance with regulations and policies. Key Responsibilities: - Facilitate alignment between global and local TR programs - Support regional Total Rewards projects and activities for APAC region - Assist in the implementation of compensation, benefits, and recognition programs analysis across APAC teams - Manage day-to-day aspects of compensation and benefits programs, including salary adjustments and performance bonuses - Support Compensation & Benefits surveys to ensure competitive compensation packages - Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies regarding compensation and benefits - Manage stakeholders from delivery and HR teams, communications, and query resolutions - Collaborate with global Total Rewards team members for smooth implementation of Compensation & Benefits reviews Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of experience in a Total Rewards role - Bachelors' / Masters Degree in Human Resources - Any recognized certification(s) in Total Rewards domain is preferred About the Company: Hitachi Digital is a part of Hitachi Group and represents One Hitachi, integrating domain knowledge and digital capabilities to accelerate synergy creation and make a real-world impact for customers and society.
