Deputy Manager, Total Rewards

Role Overview: As a part of Hitachi Digital, you will play a crucial role in facilitating alignment between global and local Total Rewards programs, supporting regional projects and activities for the APAC region. Your responsibilities will include managing day-to-day aspects of compensation and benefits programs, conducting analysis, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of reviews.
