Deputy Manager, Total Rewards

As part of Hitachi Digital, you will play a vital role in the company's strategy to become a premier global player in the digital transformation market. The APAC Total Rewards team is seeking a professional to support the Content business for GlobalLogic in the Gurgaon/Noida office. In this role, your responsibilities will include: - Facilitating alignment between global and local TR programs - Supporting regional Total Rewards projects and activities for the APAC region - Assisting in the implementation of compensation, benefits, and recognition programs with analysis across APAC teams - Managing day-to-day aspects of compensation and benefits programs, including salary adjustments and performance bonuses - Supporting Compensation & Benefits surveys for competitive compensation packages - Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies - Managing stakeholders from delivery and HR teams, communications, and query resolutions - Collaborating with global Total Rewards team members for smooth implementation of Compensation & Benefits reviews To qualify for this role, you will need: - Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Human Resources - Preferred certification(s) in Total Rewards domain About Hitachi Digital: Hitachi Digital is a global team of professional experts delivering Social Innovation through the One Hitachi initiative.
