Deputy Manager- Talent Acquisition

As a Deputy Manager- Talent Acquisition at our company, your role will involve identifying, engaging, and recruiting candidates across all levels. You will be responsible for influencing key partners and hiring leaders while leading the Global engineering centers recruiting team in India to meet talent needs and support rapid growth. Reporting to the Human Resource Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping the talent acquisition strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Understand the organization's talent expectations and define key result areas for the talent acquisition team. - Bring constructive recruitment channels to attract the best talent in the market. - Align hiring needs with business requirements and continuously improve recruitment processes. - Ensure job descriptions and interview evaluations/assessments align with the company's cultural behaviors at Atlas Copco. - Support multiple employer branding initiatives and participate in job fairs, recruitment events, and assessment centers. - Develop and onboard consultants effectively. - Create an exemplary onboarding experience for Atlas Copco employees. - Oversee people management reporting, handle HR administration duties, and manage vendor relationships and negotiations. Qualifications Required: - Experience in driving campus recruitment processes. - Strong liaison skills. - Ability to build and lead successful teams. - Proficiency in HR administration and vendor management. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
