 Deputy Manager - SME MICRO BLSE 
 Job Purpose 
Creating a strong compliant sales culture across the channel to drive acquisitions, profitability, and employee development.  Duties and Responsibilities 
  • Manage and support the effective deployment of a team of sales professionals within the assigned geographical area, explore new markets, and allocate resources to the most profitable opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed business goals.
  • Create a strong compliant sales culture across the channel to drive acquisitions, profitability, and employee development.
  • Meet with CAT A builders and obtain project approvals with BAFL.
  • Negotiate with builders to secure business in a cost-effective manner.
  • Identify sales training needs, analyze changing market trends, and channel deployment. Provide feedback and suggestions to the RSM.
  • Ensure implementation of promotional plans contests; suggest new and innovative promotion plans for the area of work.
  • Recruit and retain high performers.
  • Ensure high levels of employee relationship, motivation, and engagement to drive results and employee satisfaction.
  • Ensure timely and effective completion of Goals, PMP discussions, Development Plan discussions, ongoing coaching and feedback, and skip-level meetings.
  • Effectively engage Operations Risk teams to understand and contribute to overall processes profitability across locations.
  • Manage collections of the acquired portfolio (Sales Collect Model).

  •  Required Qualifications and Experience 
     Qualifications 
  • Graduates with relevant sales experience of 1-3 years (graduates with experience of 8-10 years may also apply).

  •  Work Experience 
  • Relevant sales experience of 1-3 years (graduates with experience of 5-6 years may also apply) managing large sales channels in multiple market environments or corporate sales experience.
  • Prior experience in the Financial Services Industry, specifically in Personal Loans, Business Loans, or loans against/purchase of commercial properties.
  • Demonstrated success and achievement orientation.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong bias for action and driving results in a high-performance environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead from the front.
  • Excellent relationship skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to drive channel performance and profitability.
  • High motivational levels; self-starter.
