Deputy Manager - Service network

As a Network Management Specialist, your role involves coordinating with the field team to validate documents following company standards, and processing the secondary network for issuing LOI. Your key responsibilities include: - Planning with team members to assess dealers and traveling PAN India for dealer assessment - Coordinating with the field team to support the creation of codes and maintaining address and GST details in the system - Executing dealer assessments within the specified timeline for all networks - Maintaining labor rates through the system - Creating new standards or formats as per business demand with appropriate logic based on data You will also be responsible for data management, providing insights based on available data from various sources, and maintaining annual and quarterly plans along with their execution status. Furthermore, you will be finalizing important action plans based on different data metrics such as assessment, number of ROS, TIV, and profitability. Additionally, you will handle the maintenance and execution of the latest agreements for all setups and their changes as per business requirements and legal team advice. When it comes to network closure, you will guide the new team through the closure process, coordinate with field, GST, finance team, and internal service team for closing new setups, and provide final closure.
