Qualifications

1.B.Tech/B.E(Mechanical)

2.Knowledge and wide experience in utilising of Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SAP/ERP, MS Office etc.

3. 8-10 years of experience in sales and marketing within the gas or process industry.

4.Proven experience in handling a diverse portfolio of products related to the oil and gas sector.

5.Experience in tendering processes and cost estimation

6.Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

7.Proactive, goal-oriented, and adept at relationship management.

8.Willingness to travel extensively across India.

Job role

1.Sales Strategy & Execution:

Independently drive sales and marketing efforts across India.

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the process industry.

2.Customer Management:

Actively reach out to potential customers and nurture relationships.

Serve as an account manager for the existing customer base, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

3.Collaboration with Principal Partners:

Engage with foreign principal partners to understand their solutions and represent their products in the Indian market.

Promote and sell market-leading solutions offered by principal partners.

Maintain strong relationships with principal partners and ensure effective communication and collaboration.

4.Product Expertise:

Provide technical expertise and guidance on products such as biogas leak detectors, internal columns, reactor separators, and mist eliminators.

Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions tailored to their needs.

5.Tendering & Estimation:

Participate in tendering processes, including preparing bids and proposals.

Perform accurate cost estimation and pricing to maximize profitability while meeting customer expectations.

6.Collaboration & Reporting:

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.

Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
