Job Description

Role Overview: As Deputy Manager Sales at Danfoss Drives, you will be stepping into the Frontline Sales role for the North (Upper) region. Your main responsibility will be to act as a catalyst for industrial transformation, focusing on selling Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) to critical sectors such as Food, HVAC, Water & Wastewater, Sugar, Textile, Cranes, and Hoists. Key Responsibilities: - Own Danfoss Drives business for the Upper North Region, including OEMs, System Integrators, Contractors, and Partners across segments like HVAC/R, F & B, Textile, Pulp & Paper, Sugar, Crane, Lifts, etc. - Take ownership of the business in all aspects including Sales Revenue, Profitable growth, Accounts receivables, and support the profitable growth of Partners in the region. - Work closely with Partners to enable them to improve business processes and increase productivity. Qualifications Required: - Engineering Graduate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering sales. - Knowledge in HVAC/R, F & B, Paper, Textile, and General Industry Markets & Products preferred (Drives, Machinery OEMs, Motors, Servos, Pumps, Switchgears, etc.). - Prior experience with Channel sales is highly preferred. - Self-motivated to drive growth through initiatives, communication skills, and a teamwork spirit.
