Job Description

1. Accounting & Financial Reporting

Oversee and review day-to-day accounting for multiple clients.
Finalization of financial statements as per applicable accounting standards (Ind AS/AS).
Ensure accurate month-end and year-end closing.
Prepare MIS reports, variance analyses, and financial reviews.

2. Regulatory & Statutory Compliance

Manage compliance under Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST, FEMA, and other relevant regulations.
Review and file statutory returns (TDS, GST, Income Tax, ROC filings, etc.).
Interpret regulatory updates and advise clients on implications.
Ensure timely preparation and submission of compliance calendars.

3. Audit Support

Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors for audits.
Prepare audit schedules, respond to queries, and support audit closure.
Ensure documentation and working papers are properly maintained.

4. Advisory & Client Management

Provide guidance on accounting treatments, regulatory matters, and best practices.
Liaise with clients on routine and complex queries.
Build and maintain strong client relationships and deliver high-quality service.
