🎯 Key Requirements:

• Minimum

  10 years of experience

  in

  QMS (Quality Management System)

   
• Strong understanding of

  Lean Manufacturing

  concepts 
• Hands-on experience with

  Quality Control tools and implementation

   
• Proficient in

  Failure Mode Analysis (FMEA)

  and

  7 QC Tools

   
• Strong

  administrative and leadership skills

   
• Knowledge in

  Sheet Metal, Assembly, and Machine Shop

  processes 
• Experience in

  PPAP

  and

  Manufacturing Process Validation

   
• Familiar with

  Powder Coating

  quality standards 
• Experience as

  Management Representative

  in

  ISO-certified

  organizations 

• Certified Auditor

  preferred 
• Exposure to

  Automation Projects

  and

  Six Sigma Black Belt

  is an advantage
