Job Description

As a Deputy Manager - Production at Lauritz Knudsen Electrical & Automation in Vadodara, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the assembly line of Electrical products (MCCB) and leading a team of 50-60 operators. Your responsibilities will include ensuring adherence to safety standards, 5S, DWM, TPM, LEAN, KAIZEN, and QCC practices. You will be responsible for identifying and resolving technical bottlenecks in production, maintaining proper documentation for DWM activities, and upholding operations to SOP/PL standards. Additionally, you will focus on productivity improvement by eliminating non-value-added tasks and implementing kaizen practices. Your expertise in material management and rejection reduction will be essential for the success of the production process. Qualifications that will make you successful in this role include a B.E or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical engineering. With 4 to 6 years of experience, you will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to the production operations at Lauritz Knudsen Electrical & Automation.
