Deputy Manager - Production

You will be responsible for the planning of micro-level operations in the production area to achieve the given production targets. This includes coordinating with other departments such as Technology, Utility, Safety, Lab, ETP, Co-gen, TF, etc., to ensure smooth plant operations. You will also be involved in planning shutdown activities and coordinating with related departments for their successful implementation. Safety compliance in the operation area, record maintenance in SAP, and daily and monthly production reports will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will conduct training for subordinates on the shop floor to enhance their skills, ensure the quality of finished products, and follow ISO guidelines along with implementing HAZOP, HACCP, FEMIQs recommendations including documentation updation.
