Key Responsibilities

Production & Maintenance Management

• Lead production and maintenance of

  high-speed automated PET lines (Krones & Techlong)

• Oversee

  Can Line

  operations, performance, and maintenance.
• Plan and execute maintenance during non-production days and annual overhaul for:
  
• Filler
  
• Blow Moulding
  
• Labeller
  
• Shrink Wrap
  
• Palletizer
  
• Conveyors
  

Operational Excellence

• Ensure implementation and adherence to

  Quality Assurance, Food Safety, and Safety protocols

  .
• Lead, manage, and develop a team of

  55+ production personnel

  .
• Track, achieve, and sustain key plant KPIs:
  
• Productivity
  
• RM/PM Yield
  
• Efficiency & Line Utilization
  

Planning & Documentation

• Prepare and execute production plans in alignment with demand forecasting.
  
• Maintain preventive maintenance schedules, PM checklists, CLITA documentation, and other mandatory records.
  
• Ensure accurate reporting and documentation through

  SAP / SuccessFactors

Continuous Improvement

• Implement and sustain:
  

• 5S activities

• Kaizen initiatives

• TPM methodologies

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement across the production team
