Main Job highlights 

• Planning micro level operation of plant as per given production target.
• Coordinating with other department like maintenance, utility, HR, safety, lab, ETP, co- gen.
• Planning shut down activities and coordinating with related department for implementation.
• Ensure safety compliances as per norms.
• Acquainted with trouble shooting process and DCS problem.
• Maintaining records of break down in SAP and maintaining daily and monthly production reports.
• Ensuring the quality of finished product as per specifications.
• Responsible for resource management for smooth functioning of the plant like raw materials, utilities etc.
• Ensuring HACCP, FEMIQS, GMP and ISO implementation at shop floor, Training at shop floor for subordinates to enhance their skills in the plant.

Requirements

Here are the main requirements-:

• B.E. (Chemical) with 3-6 years of experience.
• Needs to have good knowledge of reaction, distillation, DCS operation, separation, chemical handling.
• Needs to have knowledge about DCS operation , operation of  reactors, distillation column, ejectors, pumps , heat exchangers,Cooling tower

A highly skilled professional with 3-6 years of experience in managing plant operations, ensuring smooth production processes, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. Proficient in DCS operations, troubleshooting, and equipment management (reactors, distillation columns, pumps, heat exchangers). Adept at planning shutdowns, maintaining SAP records, and ensuring safety and quality compliance (HACCP, GMP, ISO). Strong expertise in resource management, training staff, and achieving production targets efficiently.
