Job Description

Role & responsibilities

New Product Development:

Develop proto for all verticals like Stallion 4x4, 6x6, Super stallion 6x6, Light platform vehicles, Medium & Heavy Armored vehicles, Buses, Light Armored Vehicles & special purpose vehicles like CFT, TFF, containers and etc.

Program:

Coordinate activities with various agencies and departments involved Customer & Vendors

Tender:

Tender mapping, compiling response from body builders and submitting final compliance and pre bid queries to marketing & quotes for approvals.

BOM Costing & PO:

Verify BOM for super structure at BB ends. Cross check of BOPs values with sub-vendor.
Cost Reduction - Analyses cost difference of same product from two sub-vendors.
Multiple vendor development for critical components.
Super Structure PO generation for various BBs by coordinating with various agencies and systems involved in this process.
Following up and managing the ASN, GRN and payment cycles for various FBS products.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates with B.E. Mechanical having 5+ Years of experience in developing proto for new products and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet market needs and ensure orders.
