Key Responsibilities:

Oversee
medical care delivery and clinical service quality
across the unit.
Ensure compliance with
MTP, PCPNDT, AERB, and Radiation Safety
regulations.
Analyze departmental requirements for consultants and support
tariff revisions
.
Evaluate retainer performance and
optimize doctor costs
.
Coordinate
medical advisory boards
, departmental meetings, and various committees.
Lead
quality improvement initiatives
, patient safety programs, and recognition drives.
Manage consultant requirements including
recruitment, onboarding, and credentialing
.
Address
patient concerns, medico-legal cases
, and conduct mortality review meetings.
Audit
clinical billing codes
and provide clinical input as required.
Drive
training, feedback, and performance management
for the medical team.
Recommend junior clinical staff to enhance departmental effectiveness.
Initiate
academic programs
and ensure doctor training on safety and service excellence.
Manage
biomedical equipment budgets
and oversee
medical records digitization
.
Conduct
awareness programs
, service excellence initiatives, and clinical audits.
Facilitate
JCI/NABH accreditation
processes, and manage media, government liaison, and budgeting for medical services.
