Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day administrative and facility management operations within the residence.
Monitor and maintain all electrical systems, plumbing fixtures, water supply, HVAC units, and other infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted functioning.
Supervise maintenance staff, housekeeping personnel, and vendors for timely and quality work.
Coordinate with external contractors and government departments for major repairs, upgrades, and compliance.
Attend to and promptly resolve household issues including electrical faults, plumbing leaks, appliance repair, and general upkeep concerns.
Manage inventory of essential supplies, tools, and equipment; ensure proper usage and storage.
Maintain safety and security protocols, ensuring adherence to high standards befitting a VVIP residence.
Handle administrative tasks such as bill payments, record keeping, vendor management, and maintaining service logs.
Liaise with the Higher Officials / personal staff for routine updates, operational planning, and special requirements.
Perform regular inspections of the property to maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and readiness for functions or visits.

Preferred candidate profile

Proven knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general household maintenance.
Strong ability to coordinate with contractors and manage administrative records.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality, discretion, and a professional demeanor at all times.
Strong problem-solving attitude with a proactive and organized approach.
