Role & responsibilities

Student & Parent Counselling

Counsel students and parents on academic programs, eligibility criteria, and career opportunities.
Guide students in choosing appropriate courses based on interests, aptitude, and career goals.
Address queries related to curriculum, faculty, facilities, and campus life.
Admissions Process Management
Handle admission inquiries through calls, walk-ins, and online platforms.
Maintain updated records of inquiries, applications, and conversions.
Support admission drives, promotional campaigns, and enrollment activities.
Communication & Relationship Building
Build strong rapport with prospective students and parents.
Maintain follow-up communication to ensure maximum conversion from inquiry to admission.
Liaise with faculty, coordinators, and administration to provide accurate information.
Promotional & Institutional Support
Assist in marketing and promotional activities for admissions.
Contribute to the positive branding and reputation of the college.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong communication and convincing ability (English, Telugu, Hindi).

Excellent interpersonal skills with a confident personality.

Good presentation and public speaking ability.

Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, emails).

Good-looking, well-groomed, and presentable personality.
