Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admission Counsellor, located in Lonavala. The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for providing guidance on the admissions process, conducting interviews, and assisting prospective students and their families. They will handle inquiries, provide information about programs, facilitate applications, and support the sales efforts of the institute. Daily tasks will include communicating with potential candidates, addressing questions, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a smooth admissions experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills
• Proficiency in providing excellent Customer Service
• Experience in Sales and familiarity with Education sector
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage
• Experience in admissions or educational counseling is a plus
