Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:

  • Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and disseminate meeting materials, including agendas, minutes, presentations, and reports.
  • Maintain confidential files and records.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Represent the department professionally in all interactions.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, including active listening, diplomacy, and tact.
  • Project Support:

  • Provide administrative support for special projects as assigned.
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations, proposals, and other materials.
  • Conduct research and compile data as needed.
  • Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Experience with calendaring systems (e.g., Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar).
