Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, including prominent retailers and large global retailers.
Work closely with key accounts to understand their needs, preferences, and challenges, ensuring delivery of exceptional service and support.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and behavior related to homewares plastics products.
Assess the competitive landscape and identify potential threats and opportunities.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, retailers, and distributors in the homewares industry.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Prospect and acquire new customers, retailers, and distributors for homewares plastics products, both domestically and internationally.
Initiate and lead negotiations with potential partners to establish mutually beneficial agreements.
Track sales performance, revenue, and key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of business development strategies.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting progress and suggesting improvements.
