Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for driving sales for large-scale projects within the AHU/HVAC industry, focusing on enquiry generation, order negotiation, technical understanding, client development, meeting participation, tender management, and more. Your role will involve managing complex sales processes from enquiry generation to order fulfillment. Key Responsibilities: - Generate enquiries and secure brand approvals. - Coordinate closely with the Cost Estimation department to arrange quotations. - Negotiate terms and conditions, and book orders within the designated region. - Handle negotiations with contractors, dealers, end-users, and consultants within the territory. - Comprehend the technical Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and technical specifications. - Prepare and present techno-commercial offers for air-side products. - Develop and nurture relationships with new clients, including consultants and end-users. - Synergize with key accounts to provide tailored solutions to clients. - Manage relationships with all stakeholders, including contractors, dealers, and consultants. - Attend technical, commercial, and negotiation meetings. - Independently finalize jobs, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company standards. - Submit drawings for client and consultant approval. - Ensure timely feedback and necessary revisions are incorporated. - Oversee order processing and ensure timely dispatch of products. - Coordinate with the assembly team to ensure availability and alignment with client schedules. - Participate in the tendering process for large projects. - Prepare and submit tender documents, ensuring compliance with client specifications and deadlines. - Manage tender negotiations and follow-up until finalization.
