Experience

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Sales DM to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales for large-scale projects (10 crore plus) within the AHU/HVAC industry. This role requires a strong background in project sales, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage complex sales processes from enquiry generation to order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

Enquiry Generation and Brand Approval:

  • Generate enquiries and secure brand approvals.
  • Coordinate closely with the Cost Estimation department to arrange quotations.

Order Negotiation and Booking:

  • Negotiate terms and conditions, and book orders within the designated region.
  • Handle negotiations with contractors, dealers, end-users, and consultants within the territory.

Technical Understanding and Offer Preparation:

  • Comprehend the technical Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and technical specifications.
  • Prepare and present techno-commercial offers for air-side products.

Client Development and Relationship Management:

  • Develop and nurture relationships with new clients, including consultants and end-users.
  • Synergize with key accounts to provide tailored solutions to clients.
  • Manage relationships with all stakeholders, including contractors, dealers, and consultants.

Meeting Participation and Job Finalization:

  • Attend technical, commercial, and negotiation meetings.
  • Independently finalize jobs, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company standards.

Drawing Submission and Approval:

  • Submit drawings for client and consultant approval.
  • Ensure timely feedback and necessary revisions are incorporated.

Order Processing and Dispatch Coordination:

  • Oversee order processing and ensure timely dispatch of products.
  • Coordinate with the assembly team to ensure availability and alignment with client schedules.

Tender Management:

  • Participate in the tendering process for large projects.
  • Prepare and submit tender documents, ensuring compliance with client specifications and deadlines.
  • Manage tender negotiations and follow-up until finalization.
