Require Qualified CA with 4+ Years in IT Company

Qualified CA with 6+ years of hands on experience in day to day accounting, taxation. Experience in account consolidation for multi country operations and legal entities. Hands on experience in day to day India and international banking operations.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Responsible for the Financial Controlling function
• Manage multiple entities Finances, manage banks, provide adequate and timely financing of all the entities
• Secure Working capital financing, Asset financing for the various entities in the group. Should be able to secure bank guarantees or other non-fund based credit facilities from the banks
• Manage Accounts Payable Function of all the entities – Purchase accounting, Payments etc., Payments
• Forecasting and ensuring that adequate funds are available in the various entities to process timely payments to Vendors
• Manage the tax – Direct and Indirect tax positions of all the companies to ensure that the tax position of the companies are optimized, no penalties are imposed, and ensure timely compliances.
• Ensure that all statutory records are kept properly
• Responsible for monthly book closure and finalization of accounts. Manage the accounting of all the entities in a timely and in such a manner that multi-dimensional information is possible from accounts. Ensure that
• Ensure completion of audit – Statutory, Tax and Internal audits (as the case may be) within the prescribed timelines with utmost efficiency and quality.
• Ensure that finance operations processes are updated and implemented proactively so that organization is able to embrace growth.
• Responsible for preparing budgets of all Operating Expenses.
• Ensure budgetary control on expenses through variance analysis, trend analysis etc.
• Responsible for Forecasting of all Operating Expenses on a monthly basis within 5 days of close of the previous month.
• Preparation of MIS reports and other reports as required by CFO

Qualifications

Qualified CA with 6+ years of hands on experience in day to day accounting, taxation.
