• Qualified CA with 6

  + years

  of hands-on experience in accounting & taxation
• Prior experience in an

  IT company

  (minimum 4 years)
• Strong expertise in

  account consolidation

  for multi-country operations and legal entities
• Hands-on experience in

  India & international banking operations

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Lead the

  Financial Controlling function

  across multiple entities
• Manage finances, banks, and ensure timely funding for all entities
• Secure working capital financing, asset financing, and bank guarantees/credit facilities
• Oversee

  Accounts Payable

  : purchase accounting, vendor payments, and forecasting
• Ensure compliance with

  Direct & Indirect taxes

  , avoiding penalties and optimizing tax positions
• Maintain statutory records and ensure timely

  monthly book closure

  and audits (Statutory, Tax, Internal)
• Prepare budgets, ensure

  budgetary control

  via variance/trend analysis
• Forecast operating expenses monthly within 5 days of close
• Deliver

  MIS reports

  and other financial reports to the CFO

• Qualified CA with 6+ years of experience in accounting & taxation
• Strong knowledge of
