Job Description

Role & responsibilities

The incumbent would be responsible for validating compliance with regulatory guidelines through a Compliance testing program.
Schedule, perform, and document compliance tests based on regulatory requirements and internal policies to identify deficiencies and risks..
Prepare and present detailed testing reports to senior management, including observations and management responses. Maintain management information systems (MIS) for open issues and resolution timelines.
Support risk assessments and help implement corrective action plans to address compliance gaps and deficiencies.
Help develop and deliver compliance training programs for employees to ensure they are aware of legal and internal requirements
Collaborate with business units to ensure the timely closure of compliance issues and remediation plans

Preferred candidate profile

Good knowledge of laws and regulations pertaining to financial services
Meticulous attention to detail for reviewing documents and ensuring adherence to procedures
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills .
Good interpersonal skills
