Deputy Manager – Civil, Mining

Role Description:

As a Deputy Manager – Tender Searching (Civil & Mining), you will play a critical role in driving business growth through effective tender identification, bid preparation, and submission processes. This role requires hands-on experience in both civil infrastructure and mining project tenders, working across cross-functional teams to create competitive proposals that align with business objectives. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire tender lifecycle—from opportunity scouting to bid submission—ensuring compliance, profitability, and strategic fit with company goals. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and has strong industry knowledge in both civil and mining sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Must have experience in tender Searching for Civil & Mining Both, bid management, and business development in civil infrastructure or mining projects.

1. Tender Management

• Identify and evaluate tender opportunities in civil infrastructure and mining sectors
• Interpret and analyze tender documents (RFP, RFQ, ITT) to assess client needs
• Prepare detailed and competitive technical & financial proposals

2. Cross-Departmental Coordination

• Collaborate with engineering, finance, procurement, legal, and operations teams
• Attend pre-bid meetings, site visits, and client clarification sessions
• Liaise with subcontractors and vendors for cost estimation and scope definition

3. Documentation & Compliance

• Draft and compile comprehensive tender documentation
• Develop pricing models ensuring profitability and risk mitigation
• Maintain a structured tender database with templates and historical records
• Ensure full compliance with client and statutory regulations

4. Reporting & Communication

• Provide timely updates on bid status, success rates, and tender outcomes to senior management

Required Skills

• In-depth knowledge of civil and mining project tendering processes
• Strong command of industry standards, logistics, and bid strategies
• Excellent communication, presentation, and technical writing skills
• High proficiency in MS Office Suite and tender management tools
• Ability to work in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year

• Civil & Mining: 2 years (Preferred)
• Proposal writing: 2 years (Preferred)
