• B.E. (Electrical Engineering)
  

Experience (Mandatory)

• 8–10 years in

  frontline sales

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive Sales & Marketing of

   LV & HT Motors

   including Industrial Fans.
2. Achieve challenging sales targets.
   
3. Engage with

   OEMs, EUs, EPCs, Consultants, Dealers

   .
4. Maintain competitor knowledge & market intelligence.
   
5. Prepare sales plan & achieve assigned volumes.
   
6. Handle enquiries/orders, submit quotations, follow-up, negotiate T&Cs, and close orders.
   
7. Coordinate between

   market unit, factory & customers

   for inspections/approvals.
8. Ensure timely follow-up for payments.
   

Key Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of LV & HT Motors and Industrial Fans.
  
• Proven sales experience with OEMs, EUs, EPCs, Consultants, Dealers.
  
• Exposure to working with Government/PSU clients (preferred).
  
• Good commercial acumen.
