Job

  • Partner with the CEO to evaluate business performance, identify growth opportunities, and recommend improvement strategies.
  • Support in developing short-term and long-term strategic plans for the organization.
  • Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and industry trend analysis.

2. Financial Analysis & Insights

  • Prepare financial models, forecasts, and investment analyses to support strategic decisions.
  • Review budgets, variance reports, and key financial metrics, highlighting risks and opportunities.
  • Analyze business cases for new projects, partnerships, or capital expenditures.

3. CEO Office Operations & Coordination

  • Track strategic initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and briefing documents for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure smooth flow of communication between the CEO and leadership teams.

4. Governance & Performance Monitoring

  • Support preparation of Board meeting documents, management review decks, and investor updates.
  • Monitor KPIs and business scorecards for timely reporting to the CEO.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate governance and reporting requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA (Finance) from a reputed institute.
  • Experience: 58 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, consulting, corporate strategy, or business planning.
  • Technical Skills:

    • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling.
    • Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) preferred.

  • Behavioural Skills:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • High level of integrity, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
    • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
