Job Responsibilities (Key
Duties & Expectations)
Achieve assigned acquisition and revenue
targets.Monitor, manage, and maximize revenuefrom existing clients.Perform duties across multiple departments,including Pre-Sales, Sales, Customer Onboarding,and Client Services.Develop and maintain direct relationshipswith key stakeholders and subject matter experts.Collaborate closely with the Product team toenhance products by gathering marketrequirements.Identify and interpret customer requirementsfor solutions.Create customer presentations on solution-
related topics.
Develop detailed Scopes of Work andcommunicate them to the Development team.Prepare customer proposals based on clientrequirements.Train the field sales team on product featuresand benefits.Support customer onboarding and provideinitial handholding.Interact with various stakeholders, includingclients, Service Delivery, and Accounts SPOCs.Demonstrate products to customers throughinteractive demos.Act as a liaison between clients and internalteams, ensuring smooth communication andcoordination.
