Deputy Manager - Automotive Marketing

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing monthly MIS & data analysis for strategic planning and business insights. Leading new business development initiatives with a proactive approach will be a key part of your role. Additionally, acting as a key account manager for North-based customers and driving end-to-end ownership of product costing, RM/FE indexing, customer claims, RFQs, and proposal submissions are vital responsibilities. Your deep understanding of automotive technologies, market trends, and emerging challenges will be crucial for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Manage Monthly MIS & Data Analysis for strategic planning and business insights. - Lead New Business Development (PV) initiatives with a proactive approach. - Act as Key Account Manager for North-based customers including HCIL, Mobis, and Tier-1 suppliers. - Drive end-to-end ownership of Product Costing, RM/FE Indexing, Customer Claims, RFQs, and Proposal Submissions. - Develop and monitor budgets and long-term sales plans in alignment with business goals. - Foster strong customer relationships with a customer-centric, result-oriented mindset. - Exhibit excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills to support business growth.
