Job Summary:

The incumbent will be responsible for driving campus placement activities, building strong corporate relations, and ensuring high placement conversions for students across various programs. The role involves end-to-end coordination with students, faculty, recruiters, and internal teams to achieve placement targets and enhance institutional branding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with corporate organizations for internships, live projects, and final placements.
  • • Identify new industry sectors and potential recruiters for campus engagement.
  • • Coordinate and organize campus recruitment drives, pre-placement talks, and interview processes.
  • • Support students in placement readiness through grooming sessions, mock interviews, and resume-building guidance.
  • • Collaborate with academic departments to align placement activities with industry needs.
  • • Track placement statistics, prepare reports, and maintain the recruiter database.
  • • Ensure smooth communication between the university and recruiting organizations.
  • • Represent the university at corporate meetings, job fairs, and networking events.
  • • Drive alumni engagement initiatives for referrals and corporate connects.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • • Qualification: MBA / PGDM (preferred specialization in HR / Marketing / General Management).
  • • Experience:
  • • Senior Executive: 24 years in placement / corporate relations / B2B coordination.
  • • Assistant Manager: 4–6 years of relevant experience.
  • • Deputy Manager: 6–8 years of experience with proven industry connects.
  • • Skills: Excellent communication, networking, and relationship management skills; ability to work under targets; proficiency in MS Office.
  • • Industry Preference: Candidates from higher education, university, or college placement background will be preferred.
