Role & responsibilities

Skills

Understanding of innovation management frameworks and methodologies
Demonstrated ability to drive execution to generate impact
Ability to influence stakeholders across levels and functions
Experience in facilitating innovation workshops/consulting

Preferred candidate profile

Person should be able to deliver training program with an outcome focused on innovation.
Should be able to build network or ecosystem of trainers to deliver on innovation or emerging tech as a subject.
Work on Research projects along with professors of Tier I B-schools. For Eg. Working alongside a professor of IIM on innovation and involved in publcations.
Analyse the gaps in the mentioned programs, design/redesign the program to bridge the gaps.
Companies doing good in Ivy research, - Published in association.
Internal/external Stakeholder management.
