Your Key Responsibilities

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

Sales Achievement

Drive and achieve annual sales and collection targets for the Railway sector across India.

Key Account Management

Manage strategic accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.

Business Development

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Railway sector.Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform strategy.

Product Expertise – Bearings

Apply in-depth knowledge of bearings solutions including:

• Tapered Roller Bearings (axleboxes, wheelsets)
• Cylindrical Roller Bearings (traction motors, gearboxes)
• Spherical Roller Bearings (bogies, suspension)
• Deep Groove Ball Bearings (auxiliary systems)
• Axlebox Bearing Units (pre-assembled, sealed units)
• Sensor Bearings (condition monitoring)
  

Customer Relationship Management

Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEM customers and key stakeholders in departments such as Purchase, Stores, Finance, Production, and Engineering/Design.Collaborate with engineering teams to propose optimal bearing configurations.Educate customers on product features and maintenance practices.

Your Qualifications

• Education & Experience:
• BE/ME in Mechanical Engineering (MBA preferred)
• Minimum 5 -10 years of experience in the Railway industry is a must.
• Exposure to Sales, Engineering, Project Management, and Financial/Contractual legal aspects
