You will work closely with the Branch Manager and other team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the branch. Key Responsibilities Identify and acquire new customers in the household segment through various channels such as referrals, cold calling, and networking Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase customer retention and cross-selling opportunities Conduct regular customer visits and provide personalized financial solutions based on their needs and preferences Meet and exceed sales targets for various retail banking products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and credit cards Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient customer service and resolution of customer queries and complaints Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and improve sales strategies Maintain accurate and updated customer records and reports using CRM software Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines and ensure ethical conduct in all interactions with customers Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and relationship management in the banking or financial services industry Strong understanding of retail banking products and services Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment Proficient in MS Office and CRM software Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
