The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new current account customers and maintaining relationships with existing ones. This role requires a strong sales and relationship management background, along with a deep understanding of current account products and services. Key Responsibilities Identify and acquire new current account customers through various channels such as referrals, cold calling, and networking Build and maintain strong relationships with existing current account customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention Cross-sell other banking products and services to current account customers to increase revenue and deepen relationships Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the bank Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify potential business opportunities Collaborate with other departments and teams to provide a seamless banking experience to customers Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and policies Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and relationship management in the banking industry Knowledge of current account products and services Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field If you are a self-driven and results-oriented individual with a passion for sales and relationship management, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity at IDFC FIRST Bank.
